TEHRAN, Nov. 05 (MNA) – Iranian animated movie ‘It's Time to Sleep’ will go on screen at Zero Plus International Children's and Youth Film Festival in Russia.

Mahnaz Yazdani's musical animated short movie It's Time to Sleep will compete with 18 films from across the world at Russian event.

Created based on a wonderful symphonic music by Samin Baghteban, It's Time to Sleep is all about fantasy and childhood dreams with all the characters being animated on Paper sheets in traditional style and digitally painted in the computer programs.

It's Time To Sleep was produced last year in Saba Center, with two-dimensional animation techniques.

The seven-minute movie is written and directed by Mahnaz Yazdani and produced by Hossein Nazarpour.

Zero Plus seeks to present films, foster a positive, creative and formative worldview in children and young people and it does not consider films, which show violence, suffering, crimes, unresolved dramas, disrespect between people, drugs, and other destructive scenes.
