Trained personnel is more committed and will work with higher knowledge and skill. As a result, they perform their duties better than others. This helps organizations attain higher productivity. In the global economy, knowledge, skills, and necessary abilities to maintain competitive advantages have been developed and organizations have made huge amounts of investment in their education, since training and improvement of human resources are strong tools to secure intended emotional, behavioral, and cognitive learning objectives to achieve organizational goals. In fact, successful organizations invest more than any other organizations in the field of training as it is an important factor in increasing organizations and employees’ efficiency.
Organizational training thus plays important role both in bringing improvements to human forces creativity, organizationally and personally, which is crucial to in urban sustainable development. Creative employees will bring to the organization productivity and performance, and will introduce fundamental changes in urban economy and will made possible attainment of an urban capital, which encompasses knowledge, skill, creativity, and energy; such employees enjoy mental and physical health, are committed, responsible, and active in line with cities’ objectives of development. As urban capital accrues to a city, people will participate more actively and thoughtfully either individually or collectively, appropriate with their skill, knowledge, experience, creativity, and energy in line with doing different urban tasks and helping Municipalities and other responsible organizations. This is where the most important wealth and capital for urban sustainable development will clearly be urban capital and sufficient potential for urban sustainable development will be amassed.
