TEHRAN, Sep. 17 (MNA) – Algerian Foreign Minister Ramtane Lamamra announced his visit to Tehran in the coming days.

Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, who is in Caracas to attend the 17th summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), met with his Algerian and Pakistani counterpart on Friday.

In his meeting with Ramtane Lamamra, Zarif welcomed expansion of bilateral ties with the African country; Algerian foreign minister also announced his upcoming visit to Tehran.

Dr. Zarif also met with Pakistani counterpart in Venezuela during which they discussed bilateral relations, regional developments and ways to strengthen cooperation in international organizations.

Zarif, heading a 120-member politico-economic delegation, arrived in Venezuela on Tuesday. He will return to Iran on Wednesday after wrapping up his visit to Venezuela.
