Based on the agenda of the three-day talks between Iranian delegation headed by Minister of Science Mohammad Farhadi and their Belarusian counterparts, the two sides will confer on expansion of bilateral relations and cooperation in the fields of education, science and technology.
According to the Public and Media Diplomacy Center of Iranian Embassy in Belarus on Sat., Tehran and Minsk are planning to utilize mutual experiences particularly in the areas of education and advanced technologies to further develop the level of scientific interactions between the two countries.
The delegations of the two countries will launch negotiations on Wednesday to discuss finalization of previously decided issues as well as new areas for technological cooperation based on the roadmap for the development of bilateral relations.
Iran and Belarus signed on May 4 a roadmap for boosting economic relations from the current $75 million to $250 million by the end of 2017 during the Joint Economic Commission’s meeting held in the Belarusian capital.
