Iran's team will depart Tehran for Istanbul on Friday June 24 after going through a training session on June 23.
The national squad comprises Iman Bakzadeh, Adel Tarafi, Vahid Gholamazad, Morteza Ebrahimi, Saman Belaghi, Hassan Abdi, Mohammad Sehi, Omid Hadiazhar, Mohammad Mohammadnejad, Hakim Mansouri, Mohammad Hassan Sayari, Morteza Abedi as well as Mohsen Toluei who are led by the head coach Abbas Aghakuchaki.
Basketball players of Iran will meet the Netherlands on June 25 while they are scheduled to play against host Turkey and Canada on the following days.
The Turkish sportive event will take place from on June 25-30 in the capital city of Istanbul and marks the last preparatory stage for the Iranian team before the Summer Paralympics to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from September 7 to September 18, 2016.
