The Russian Center for Coordination and monitoring the cessation of hostilities agreement in Syria said in a statement that five people were killed, 50 others got injured and 20 houses were severely damaged in the neighborhood.
The center, based in Hmeimim airbase, clarified that Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists bombarded during the past 24 hours al-Foua town in Idleb, the villages of Ard al-Wati and Rasha in Lattakia, military positions in Hama countryside, Marj al-Sultan town in Damascus Countryside and neighborhoods and houses in al-Menshiyeh area in Daraa city.
The center also announced that terrorist groups breached the cessation of hostilities agreement in Syria seven times during the past 24 hours all in Damascus countryside.
According to the center, which is based in Hmeimim airbase, added in a statement on Wednesday that terrorists of the so-called Jaish al-Islam targeted military positions and a number of Damascus neighborhoods with mortar rounds.
