TEHRAN, May 12 (MNA) – Croatian president will visit Iran next week heading a large business delegation.

Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović is scheduled to hold talks with President Hassn Rouhani and other senior officials of the Iranian government on expansion of bilateral ties and discussing regional and international developments.

Representatives and authorities of about 50 Croatian firms will accompany the president of Croatia during his visit to Iran.

Despite the fact that, after the lifting of sanctions, Iran has been visited by a large number of foreign businesspeople and investors from economically strong and powerful countries, the visit by Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović next week with a large business delegation led by the Croatian Chamber of Economy is expected to be successful and should result in a stronger economic cooperation between the two countries, Total Croatia News reported on May 11.
