A short film produced by Urmia office of IYCS, Aghi has reached the competition section of the 11th round of FilmFest52 to be held between April 01-07 in the Bethel city of the USA.
Aghi is a 30-minute film which tells the story of an old man who has been waiting for the return of his missing son for 25 years.
FilmFest52 is a weekly film festival event created by the organizers of Connecticut Film Festival (CTFF) and The Bethel Film Festival (BFF) in partnership with The Bethel Cinema.
Every Wednesday, FilmFest52 will showcase a diverse array of fictional and documentary feature films, dramatic and comedic shorts, international and student films as well as animations, music videos, webseries and commercials.
All accepted projects have the opportunity to compete in a variety of categories for quarterly semi-finalists. The semi-finalists of each quarter will be judged and Best of Category award winners will be selected each year.
Educational workshops, panels and keynotes will take place on more than two-dozen random Saturday and Sunday mornings throughout the year.
