TEHRAN, Dec. 16 (MNA) – Iranian First VP Es'hagh Jahangiri left Iran for Algeria on Wednesday morning in order to meet and hold talks with senior officials.

During his visit to Algiers, Jahangiri will attend the second Iran-Algeria joint high commission meeting.

Energy Minister Hamid Chitchian, Minister of Justice Mostafa Pourmohammadi, Head of Central Bank of Iran Valiollah Seif, Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Chairman of Iran's Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture Mohsen Jalalpour and Head of Iran's Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) Valiollah Afkhamirad will accompany the Vice President during the visit to Algeria.

The joint meeting would be co-chaired by Iranian First Vice-President Es'hagh Jahangiri and Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal.

The two sides plan to examine the implementation of the joint projects as well as the general roadmap of cooperation between the two countries for the future years during the commission meeting.
