TEHRAN, Nov. 26 (MNA) – Swiss FM official Rossier met with Iran’s Human Rights authority and discussed ways to establish peace and justice in the world.

We seek expansion of all-out bilateral ties with Tehran especially in human rights and judiciary areas, said visiting Secretary of State at the Swiss Foreign Ministry Yves Rossier in his meeting with Mohammad Javad Larijani, the Secretary of Iran's High Council for Human Rights, on Wednesday in Tehran.

The Swiss official made the remark while hailing Iran’s role in establishing peace and stability in the region and the world.

Any act of violence by anybody, from any organization or group is condemnable, highlighted Rossier lamenting the spread of terrorism in the region and across the world saying that Switzerland does not approve of war of civilizations and take it as a serious danger for the whole human race.

State Secretary Rossier called for Iran’s help in dealing with the eminent challenge of war of civilizations and urged more interaction and negotiation between the two countries.

Western projected image of Iran is not fair, and Switzerland is ready to cooperate in conveying the real picture of Iran, noted Rossier pointing to the negative propaganda against the Islamic Republic of Iran.

He underlined that the Swiss government backs a powerful Iran for having peace and tranquility in the Middle East and the world.

During the meeting, Larijani, for his part, welcomed the expansion of impartial specialized talks over human rights and judiciary affairs saying that Iran has played a strong role in fighting the spread of narcotics and interaction and dialogue are always welcomed by Iran.

He said that the reports projected in the world on Iranian human rights stem from politically biased intentions.

The judiciary system in Iran is a transparent structure with many observatory and inspectional tools which does not let corruption in, and Iran is willing to cooperate with the world to spread justice and share the experience, the Iranian official affirmed.

We believe that the main violators of human rights are those regimes who back and support terrorists while they don’t let their own citizens vote, underlined Larijani.

As the best democratic state in the region, the Islamic republic of Iran holds an election in a year in average and is the biggest supporter of democracy in the Middle East, stressed the Iranian official.
