TEHRAN, Nov. 22 (MNA) – Islamic Culture and Relations Organization will unveil ‘Iran; Cradle of Peaceful Religious Coexistence: Christians, Jews and Zoroastrians’ on Monday.

The book is in English and was published by the ICRO’s Center for Dialogue of Religions and Civilizations. A group of minority leaders, cultural activists, intellectuals will reportedly attend the unveiling ceremony.

Leader’s advisor on Islamic world, Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Taskhiri; Abouzar Ebrahimi Torkman, the Head of ICRO, Ali Younesi, Ppresident’s Special Aid on Religious and Ethnic Minority Affairs, Sebouh Sarkissian, the Armenian Archbishop of Tehran, Marnersay Benyamin, Bishop of East Assyrian Church in Iran, Mobed Ardeshir Khorshidian, the Head of Tehran's Mobeds Association, Leader of Iranian Jews Rabbi Mashallah Golestani-Nejad, and other religious dignitaries will be among the participants in the unveiling ceremony.

The book is a product of cooperation of minority leaders, which is rendered in English for the first time. It provides the readers with commentary on the history of the religions and rituals, social life, and culture, in 280 pages. On the sidelines of the main event, an exhibition of photos will display scenes of daily lives of the religious minorities in Iran.
