TEHRAN, Nov. 21 (MNA) – Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zangeneh opened the Extraordinary Ministerial Meeting of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) here on Saturday which holds prior to convention of the summit meeting scheduled for Monday.
