TEHRAN, Nov. 11 (MNA) – It was about a year ago that President Obama announced executive actions that would provide up to 5 million immigrants with work permits and protection from deportation. The ruling of a federal appeals court in New Orleans on Monday, however, dealt a blow to Obama, leaving millions of people in a legal limbo.
