TEHRAN, Sep. 26 (MNA) – With French companies’ readiness to participate in Iran, the new round of oil cooperation between the two countries has started in Tehran.

Iran’s National Oil Company and the French University of Grenoble have started their new round of oil cooperation in the field of training oil and gas projects management.

Accordingly, in collaboration with this French university, the program for development of leadership skills and teamwork in oil and gas projects, in line with the 2-year period of international oil and gas project management EPSM was held in Tehran.

The French professor in the fields of technology had travelled from the University of Grenoble to Tehran to provide Iranian oil industry managers and experts with necessary trainings and instructions.

On the other hand, the Angie French oil company is exploring investment opportunities in Iran’s oil and gas industries after the lifting of international sanctions.

After meeting with a delegation from the Iranian Oil Ministry, one of Angie’s senior officials expressed hope that all the issues related to the sanctions will get resolved and "we will be able to return to Iran’s market.”

“We are pleased about the positive events taken place since the nuclear deal between Iran and world powers and we are eager to return back to Iran in near future,” added the French official.

Last week, a 160-member French delegation headed by their Agricultural Minister and State Minister for Foreign Trade came to Iran only two days after Iranian Deputy Oil Minister Roknoddin Javadi and President of Exploration & Production at Total Oil and Gas Company Arnaud Breuillac had met.

Angie is one of the largest companies in the field of natural gas in Europe and the world in the areas of equipment engineering, power generation and natural gas supply chains.
