In his two-day trip to Germany, Iran's deputy Foreign Minister for European and American Affairs Majid Takht-Ravanchi discussed regional and bilateral issues with German Minister of Foreign Affairs, Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
Expressing satisfaction about the outcomes of the talks in Vienna on the issue of Iran’s nuclear activities, the German foreign minister emphasized the development of all-round relations and expansion of cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Takht-Ravanchi also reviewed the issues and developments in the region and expressed Iran’s readiness to boost bilateral ties with Germany in political and economic fields.
Frank-Walter Steinmeier is scheduled to visit Iran next month on the official invitation of Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohmmad Javad Zarif.
