VIENNA, Jul. 04 (MNA) – IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano stressing that a nuclear deal with Iran is within reach said the PMD report will be published by the end of 2015.

Upon arriving at Palais Coburg in Vienna, IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano told reporters that the agency is deeply involved with Iran’s nuclear program while referring to his recent visit to Tehran on Thursday and his meetings with President Rouhani and the Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani.

Amano stressed that an agreement over Tehran’s nuclear program is “within reach,” adding the parties have reached a certain amount of progress during the negotiations.

Amano refrained from commenting on whether Iran has allowed the agency access into those sites previously inaccessible to the IAEA, merely saying that the cooperation with Iran is moving forward and is progressive.

“We will be able to publish a report on the possible military dimensions (PMD) of Iran’s nuclear program by the end of 2015,” he said while noting that cooperation between Iran and IAEA has increased.

Deputy FM Abbas Araghchi said on Friday that Iran is ready to cooperate with the agency on the issue of PMD and speed up cooperation in order to so reach a clear conclusion and disprove all claims in that regard.
