Rahmani said the three countries are active in field of resistance against Israel and fight against terrorism, violence and extremism.
During a joint press conference on Monday with his Syrian counterpart Mohammad Ibrahim al-Shaar, Rahmani Fazli expressed hope the meeting would be a starting point over holding multilateral sessions among Islamic countries in the region against terrorism.
Minister Rahmani said the major issue for debate is currently fight against terrorism, especially ISIL.
"Extremism, violence and appeal to fear and terror in the Muslim world will tarnish the name of Islam and the Islamic goalsو giving opportunity to the aliens and enemies to propagate Islamophobia," Rahmani underlined.
Internal security, cooperation, sharing expertise, fight against drug and human trafficking and discussions over cross-border cooperation to strengthen mutual experiences were among issues discussed between the two sides during the meeting, Rahmani Fazli expressed.
