In a message released on Thursday, he felicitated the Azerbaijan nation and government on the occasion of the country's National Day.
The President also hoped that cooperation between Tehran and Baku would further expand in both bilateral and international levels.
The Iranian president further prayed for the health and prosperity of Azerbaijani nation.
