Ayatollah Sadeq Amoli Larijani who was addressing a meeting of Judiciary high-ranking officials on Wednesday, extended the mission to all Muslims as well; “the 4th Article of the constitution states that the state and the government should incorporate Islamic law into the administration of all affairs; any law which is against Islamic law, it is discredited per se; the Guardian Council is the authority to decide on this,” said the head of the Judiciary, “and it is not an arbitrary process to abolish a convention or law.”
“The IRGC has the mission to protect Islam against any threat by the enemies; it is inaccurate to say that the IRGC has not anything to do with the implementation of the laws of Islam,” said Amoli Larijani.
The head of the Judiciary emphasized that the enemies had been working to bring into dust the efforts of the Resistance front; “it is unfortunate to see that the enemies who have a claim on human rights fight against a nation seeking to decide on their own destiny without foreign intervention; they have not spared any service to terrorists in the region; they even bring people from remote regions around the world to Middle East with the hollow promises of heavenly blessings, thus creating a new khariji group, who would commit any abomination in the name of jihad and Islam,” lamented Amoli Larijani.
He also reiterated support by the Islamic Republic of Iran as the country’s ‘well-principled policy’ in Syria to Resistance, and congratulated Assad and Syrian nation on their recent success against terrorists; “we are in the same front with Resistance; all Muslims should support the front, either spiritually or materially,” he concluded.
