TEHRAN, Feb. 14 (MNA) – Iran Biological Resource Center and Erasmus University Rotterdam of Netherland singed an MoU to cooperate in scientific and international arena.

Abolhasan Shahzade, the head of IBRC, said it is a priority for the center to cooperate and interact with reliable and credited international scientific centers to improve Iran’s place of research and study nationally, regionally, and internationally.

He added: “regarding this prospect, and after evaluating the research field and scientific capacity of Erasmus University Rotterdam, we established connections.”

The official continued: “after needed assessments, the sides inked an agreement to cooperate and defined the principles in direction of protecting mutual interests.”

Shahzade asserted that exchanging researchers, holding scientific sessions, and carrying out joint projects are among the articles of the agreement.

Erasmus University Rotterdam is a renowned public university located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and has been among the best in all kinds of world rankings.
