“Iran and Tajikistan enjoy many shared elements including religion and language,” Madadi added, stressing that joint cultural projects in Tokyo would benefit both countries.
He emphasized the translation of the Persian prestigious works of literature and science such as Avicenna’s works in medicine and Hafez and Sa’di’s in poetry and literature to Japanese language.
Tajikistan cultural attaché in Tokyo Golibjon Gulov, for his part, provided details of the past cultural activities by the Center and made some proposals on joint cooperation in holding cultural events in Tokyo.
