KISH, Nov. 19(MNA) – The 7th International Kish Air show kicked off at Kish International Exhibition Center.

The Kish Development and investment company fully supported by Kish Free Zone Organization is holding the 7th edition of the International Iran Kish Air Show with the cooperation of Civil Aviation Organization of Islamic Republic of Iran (CAO-IRI) from 18-21 Nov.  2014 on Kish Island.

A number of Iranian officials including Vice President for Science and Technology Sorena Sattari, and Head of Iran Civil Aviation Organization Alireza Jahangirian, as well as some military figures affiliated with foreign embassies to Tehran are attending this exhibition.

A large number of domestic companies active in the aviation, aerospace, airlines and the other related industries and universities as well as international companies from Sweden, Germany, South Korea, Russia, France, Italy, South Africa and Malaysia are to showcase their latest aviation and aeronautical achievements and interact with their counterparts and develop new strategies for the growth of their businesses in the four-day exhibition.

This event comprises of two sections of ‘exhibition’ and ‘air show’. During the exhibition, Iran’s latest aviation and aeronautical achievements will be showcased and during the air show, participants are welcomed to watch aerobatic maneuvers.

Iran is due to unveil commercial drones designed by the private sector, as well as amphibious-landing planes and dirigibles during this exhibition.
