TEHRAN, Oct. 28 (MNA) – Lieutenant Commander of Iranian Army Ground Force has asserted that Iran’s western borders enjoy thorough security.

On the sidelines of a national conference on passive defense, Brigadier General Kioumars Heidari told reporters that the country’s borders on west, mainly with Iraq which is challenged by ISIL terrorist group, are entirely secure.  

Heidari noted that Army Force’s drill would be held before winter and is set to include drones’ exercises. “Army Ground Forces are well-prepared for the drill.”

Iranian Army ground Force is in charge of security of borders in country.
