TEHRAN, Oct. 12 (MNA) – Iran’s deputy-FM has told Russian ambassador to Tehran that Iran is prepared for acceleration of process for solving issues with IAEA.

Seyed Abass Araghchi was receiving Levan Jagarian on Saturday just ahead of Vienna nulcear talks with the 5+1.

Araghchi provided Russian ambassador with the latest situation in nuclear talks especially with the IAEA held last week in Tehran, and appreciated Russian and Chinese roles as ‘important and outstanding’ in nuclear negotiations.

“Russian delegation and Mr. Rybakov in person had played a positive and constructive role during negotiations, proposing useful and innovative solutions to facilitate as much as possible hammering out a final deal,” Araghchi told Russian ambassador.

He also praised ‘resolve in part of China and Russia’ to help the negotiations reach an agreed-upon solution by both sides, and stressed the continuous and close exchange of opinions with Russia and China.

Araghchi also emphasized that Iran was resolved to address past issues and also present issues with the IAEA through cooperation.

“The Islamic Republic of Iran is prepared to accelerate process for solving issues with the IAEA one by one,” he said.

Mr. Jagarian expressed hopes that Iran and the 5+1 reach a final nuclear deal and emphasized upon his country’s resolve to help a final deal before deadline ends in November 24.
