Frankfurt Attending Tehran Book Fair

TEHRAN May 10 (MNA) –- The German Pavilion in the main fair building at the 17th Tehran International Book Fair, at the Tehran Permanent Fair Ground is home to the Frankfurt Book Fair.

Several books on Iranian Studies, dialogue between Europe and the world of Islam, sports, and culture are on display at the pavilion. German literature, children books, and books about human rights are on exhibit as well.

Frankfurt Book Fair is known as one of the largest fairs for the exchange, distribution, and publishing of books. This year’s fair will be held beginning October 6 with the participation of over 6,600 publishers from 100 countries.

Many foreign guests including writers from Arab countries are expected to participate in 2004 Frankfurt Book Fair.

The 17th Tehran International Book Fair will run until May 13.
