“Regional policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran are not influenced by the verbiage of others,” asserted Mohammd Javad Zarif, the Iranian Foreign Minister, on Sunday.
The top diplomat made the remarks on the sidelines of a service event commemorating the late Iranian politician, Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, in Tehran, in response to journalists’ question to comment on the strategic decision of US president Trump who is going to announce US stance on Iran and the JCPOA in the next couple of days.
“Nonetheless, the Islamic Republic of Iran will roll out its fitting response at the ripe time after Mr. Trump has given out his objections, which are somehow known what they are going to be,” continued the Iranian FM.
“The point is that our region has for a long been suffering from the US wrong policies while the Islamic Republic of Iran is the anchor of stability, and war on terrorism and Takfirism,” noted the chief of Iran’s diplomacy ministry, “and Iran will keep practicing its policies in the this regard as the realities of the region are gradually getting known to other countries.”
“Mr. Trump and his comrades, who are after selling more armaments to the region, have followed some policies in this line which have brought nothing more than loss and defeat for the United States and the region,” highlighted the Iranian foreign minister.
