TEHRAN, Oct. 07 (MNA) – A car mounted a pavement outside London's National History Museum leaving several people injured. Armed police have already been seen at the site of the incident.

London police said that they are aware of an incident near the National History Museum, where a car mounted a pavement leaving several people injured, reported Sputnik.

The suspected person behind the incident has been arrested, according to police. Law enforcement has described the incident in the South Kensington area as a car collision, however, said that the motive for it is being probed.

"We are aware of an incident in Exhibition Road. A number of people have been injured. A man has been detained by police," police said on Twitter.
