Iran-Malaysia joint commission on the way: Afkham

TEHRAN, Jan. 13 (MNA) – The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Malaysia Marzieh Afkham told the media on Friday that Iran and Malaysia have agreed to have a Joint Commission of Economic Cooperation in the near future.

“The Joint Commission of Economic Cooperation between Iran and Malaysia will be held in the near future,” the Iranian Ambassador to Kuala Lumpur Marzieh Afkham broke the news on Friday.

She asserted that the measure is in a bid to expand the capacity of export in the post-JCPOA era in frame with the Resistance Economy policies and rewarding the foreign investments in Iran.

“I hope for good attraction of investors to Iran and developing exports,” stressed the Iranian diplomat, “economic activities require trust and precise information and there are many good opportunities in Iran knowing about which could stimulate movement toward good trade and economy cooperation.”

The Iranian envoy to Kuala Lumpur reassured that, according to the agreements and plans, the Joint Commission of Economic Cooperation between Iran and Malaysia will be held in very near future.
