Cyanide is a historical film based on reality and underlines the choice between life and death, heroic living or graceful dying.
A synopsis of the film reads "Amir and Homa find each other after a while. Yet they have just one choice: Cyanide or survival, and they choose to live."
The cast includes Mehdi Hashemi, Haniyeh Tavasoli, Babak Hamidian, Hamed Komeili, Pedram Sharifi, Behnoush Tabatabaei and Atila Pesyani.
Cyanide was first shown during the Film Market in Cannes film festival 2016 in May.
