Brigadier General Mohammadreza Naghdi has made a visit to the largely destroyed and abandoned capital of the Quneitra Governorate situated in a high valley in the Golan Heights at the ُSyrian border with occupied territories of Palestine. The visit seems to be paid a couple of months ago.
On 6 June 2013, the nearby Quneitra border crossing was attacked by Opposition forces and temporarily occupied, with Syrian army later retaking the crossing.
