Foreign Press and Media Department of Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance has announced that a total of 241 newsgroups including 93 non-resident groups affiliated with 84 medias in addition to 148 permanent representative offices of foreign media inside the country will cover the news of the 10th parliamentary elections as well as the 10th elections of Assembly of Experts.
Accordingly, a total of 177 non-resident media representatives from 46 radio and television broadcasting networks, 6 news agencies and 32 publications all from 84 media as well as 296 news representatives of 148 foreign media who hold a news bureau in the country will cover Iran’s February 26 elections.
Countries that will reflect news of upcoming Iranian elections include Austria, Spain, the US, England, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Turkey, China, Denmark, Romania, Japan, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, France, Qatar, Canada, South Korea, Norway, the Netherlands, Lebanon, Azerbaijan, Australia, Afghanistan, the United Arabic Emirates, Colombia, Kuwait and Luxembourg.
