Three freestylers and seven Greco-Roman wrestlers represented Iran in the first day of the Kiev International wrestling tournament where Peyman Yarahmadi (74kg) in Freestyle section as well as Azim Garmsiri (71 kg) and Mehdi Fallah (80kg) in the Greco-Roman part won the title while Mostafa Salehizadeh (98kg) who had entered the repechage round conceded to a bronze medal.
The International Greco-Roman, Freestyle and Female Wrestling Tournament dubbed as ‘XXth Outstanding Ukrainian Wrestlers and Coaches Memorial’ convened in Kyiv, Ukraine on February 12-14.
