The registeration of candidates for the tenth round of elections for Parliament took place today at the same time with the elections for the Assembly of Experts, the only body charged with overseeing the Leader.
As of today, parliament hopefuls can visit Interior Ministry and governorates across the country, as well as embassies, consulates or diplomatic representatives abroad to participate in the elections.
The deadline for the registration of Parliament candidates will last for only a week since December 19 to 25, and which will not be extended.
The Parliament and Assembly of Experts elections will be simultaneously held on February 26, 2016 across the country.
