Speaking during a meeting with Iranian Minister of Science, Research and Technology Mohammad Farhadi on the sidelines of the 38th Session of UNESCO's General Conference underway in Paris, the Kuwaiti minister requested for additional information on Iran’s scientific capabilities, and welcomed the cooperation between the two countries in the field of chemistry and polymer.
Farhadi also welcomed the proposal by his Kuwaiti counterpart, adding that it requires further discussions by both sides.
Farhadi expressed Tehran’s readiness to cooperate with Kuwait City on joint scientific and technological projects.
The 38th Session of UNESCO's General Conference opened in UNESCO's headquarters in Paris participated by representatives from over 195 countries.
