USPTO issues first patent certificate for MAPNA Group

TEHRAN, Aug. 17 (MNA) – United States Patent no. 9,097,125, issued on Aug. 4, was assigned to MAPNA Group, Tehran, Iran for ‘intentionally frequency mistuned turbine blades.’

‘Intentionally frequency mistuned turbine blades’ was invented by a team of MAPNA Group engineers. According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, “a new, more economical design for intentionally frequency mistuned turbine blades for more efficient turbine engines is disclosed.” The patent was filed on Aug. 17, 2012, under Application No. 13/589,057.

As a great industrial group, with large number of engineers and expert human force, MAPNA Group has been missing in the inventory of companies receiving patent certificates from USPTO, as an accredited reference center of patents. Now, the hard work has paid off as the realization of all years of research and development in MAPNA as patent certificate for an important patent. This is just the beginning of a new era in the company.
