Iran actively participates in Polish Tourism Fair

TEHRAN, Apr. 21 (MNA) – Iran has actively participated in the 20th International Tourism Fair in Poland.

Iran’s state news agency IRNA quoted Foreign Ministry Media Diplomacy Directorate General announcing Iran’s participation in a festival organized by good offices of Iran’s embassy in Warsaw and Cultural Heritage Organization in partnership with Polish Chamber of Tourism April 18-20.

IRNA report said that representatives of tourism organizations from Iranian different cities introduced the country’s tourism attractions, inter alia, traditional and local music performed by a musical group, ‘Isfahani Melody’ and ‘Iran Night’ special programs, which were hailed by Polish tourism industry owners and organizers.

Ramin Mehmanparast, Iran’s Ambassador to Warsaw told the opening ceremony that Iran’s embassy cited promotion of tourism as its major priority, and drafted and implemented a comprehensive document of Iran-Poland tourism cooperation.

Mehmanparast also emphasized on establishing direct flight route between Tehran and Warsaw as a major driver of partnership in economic, cultural, and tourism aspects.

The Fair introduced Islamic Republic of Iran as a new tourist destination for public in Poland.
