Two Iranian films, Snow directed by Mehdi Rahmani and Memories For All Seasons by Mostafa Razaq Karimi are slated to compete at Prague Film Festival in Czech on 7-11 January.
Iran Novin Film's product, Snow narrates the story of a family who were affluent in the past but destitute now, and have a hard time to hide their present situation on the very day a suitor is coming from abroad to propose to their only daughter.
Memories For All Seasons directed by Mostafa Razaq Karimi retells the memories of an Iranian film director from a period when the chemical bomb victims had been transferred from Iran to Vienna for treatment. The film depicts the conditions of these chemical patients, their Austrian doctors and the role of western media in an innovative and dramatic way.
Both films are produced by Iran Novin Film and Iranian actor Ali Mosaffa is among the judges at Prague Film Festival.
