Iran, Powers negotiation improve economic relations

TEHRAN, June 10 (MNA) – Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization general manager has said negotiation between Iran and Powers has had positive effects on economic relations of the country.

In a meeting with Croatia’s deputy-FM Valiollah Afkhami said that there were ‘many fields’ for expansion of relations between Iran and Croatia.  

A delegation of Croatian businessmen met with Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization general manager to talk on expansion of economic relations.

Valiollah Afkhami called for cooperation of both countries on international fairs as a way for increase of information exchange. “Iran with its history, culture and tourism attractions can improve tourism industry in both countries,” he added.

Croatian deputy foreign minister Joško Klisović pointed to Croatian delegation to Iran as a means to revive previous level of relations and creation of new ways for more cooperation.    

He added that Croatia sought expansion of economic relations with Iran and supporting activities by Iranian companies.

He dubbed Iran’s capacity for tourism as high and pointed to historical and cultural attractions of the country for tourism industry, adding that Croatians would be interested in traveling to Iran.

Economic relations in fields including power plant, IT, oil and gas industry, ship industry, nutritious industry, rail equipments, medical and hygiene equipments are mentioned in the meeting between the two countries.
