On the environmental plan on stabilizing moving sand dunes, president said that the government had plans to stabilize sand in more than 2500 acres of the lands of the province, which would improve the development in the province.

Rouhani also pointed to extension of railway in the borders of the province to connect to line in Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and China. “The plan will begin in Chabahar and will connect Zahedan to international line, and the line is now underway in China,” he said.

In his last night meeting with province’s entrepreneurs, he said that the Development Fund would provide financial credits to who invested in the province with 4 per cent discount in interests. “To encourage investment, two years will be added to repayment time for the province,” Rouhani asserted.
