Persian Gulf Atlas a 3-volume is a comprehensive atlas covering subjects including city planning and architecture, energy, and environment. The first volume has been unveiled before in national and international academic centers.
The second volume, focusing on energy, and written by Materials and Energy Research Center, has been unveiled in the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Mines conference hall.
In the ceremony, the preparation of an atlas about Persian Gulf water was proposed, which was agreed on upon the ratification by the Supervising Council of the Research Center.
Dr Ali Asghar Tofiq, the head of the Center, told that the second volume of atlas included 17 articles and would be unveiled in world-renowned academic centers.
