Mourners of Imam Hossein gather in Imam Ali shrine
TEHRAN, Nov. 03 (MNA) – Hosseini mourners have formed a great gathering in Holy Shrine of Imam Ali in Najaf prior to their march to Karbala as part of annual Arbaeen procession which marks forty days after Ashura, the day Imam Hossein (AS) was martyred.

Medicine dispatched for Arbaeen march
TEHRAN, Oct. 24 (MNA) – Relief and Rescue Organization of Iran's Red Crescent Society is dispatching medicine and medical equipment to Iraq to gear up the preparation for the massive turn out of pilgrims in Iraqi holy cities of Karbla and Najaf. According to Iraqi officials, 20 million pilgrims march the 80 kilometer distance between the holy shrines of Najaf and Karbala, in the time of the ceremony.
