TEHRAN June 30 (MNA) -– Tang Huan, first secretary of the Vietnamese Embassy in Tehran, and director of Art Bureau Hassan Bonyanian discussed mutual cultural cooperation.

According to the Art Bureau news headquarters, Secretary Huan appreciated the translation of Ho Chi Minh’s poems and said both Iran and Vietnam have numerous commonalities in the history of resistance and struggle against foreign invaders.

 

Emphasizing various areas of cultural cooperation between Iran and Vietnam, the secretary noted art inspires people and its positive aspect is to serve the people, being their salvation. He said the Vietnamese Embassy in Tehran is a bridge toward the establishment of cultural and artistic relations with Iran.

 

Bonyanian pointed out that the preservation of the values of resistance for the next generation is vital. He believes serious and widespread use of art is a viable and useful tool toward achieving this end.

 

Referring to Art Bureau activities, he said concurrent with the victory of Islamic Revolution; the Art Bureau was established to develop committed artists and their work. Now, with 25 years of experience all artistic works during this period have been registered.

 

Bonyanian said the Art Bureau is prepared to display its artistic work in exhibitions and other programs in Vietnam, hoping to also exhibit Vietnamese cultural works and promote artistic programs at the Art Bureau.
