Imam Sadeq Univ. professors, students back govt. policies

TEHRAN, Oct. 15 (MNA) – A number of professors and students from Imam Sadeq University published an open letter addressed to Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Sunday, in which they announced their support for the government’s prudent and promising policies.

In part of the letter, they said, “We believe that your valuable experience and goodwill, which you have combined with inexhaustible and clever effort, are important factors for realizing the full rights of the Iranian nation, along with building international confidence, preventing a rise in tension, (establishing) détente, and (achieving) the full lifting of the oppressive and inhumane sanctions.”
 
“We, a number of professors and students of Imam Sadeq University (AS), have a heartfelt and firm trust in the qualifications, expertise, and commitment of the diplomatic team of the government of prudence and hope, and while announcing our support for the prudent and promising policies of the government, we wish you and the diplomatic apparatus of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran success in promoting the name of beloved Islam and a proud Iran,” they said in the letter to Zarif.
