Israeli official admits intelligence influence in Arab states

TEHRAN, Oct. 5 (MNA) – The former head of Israel’s Defense Force intelligence body (AMAN) has disclosed Israel’s extensive intelligence operations in Arab countries, including Morocco.

Mehr News quoted Turkish Anatolia news agency’s interview with Maj. Gen. Amos Yadlin, former AMAN head, that Israel delved deep into the Arab countries including Egypt, Morocco, Iraq, Sudan, Tunisia, Yemen, Libya, Syria, Lebanon, and Palestine.

However, Yadlin provided no information as when the Zionist regime penetrated deep into these countries, but told that Egypt was the country where Israel was active the most.

Yadlin was AMAN’s head from 2006 to 2010. Yadlin, an Israeli Army reserve general, is the present head of Institute for National Security Studies at Tel Aviv University. The Institute is one of the most important security centers due to ties with Zionist security centers.
