Abedzadeh sacked from Persepolis

TEHRAN, Dec. 29 (MNA) -- Persepolis goalkeeper trainer Ahmad-Reza Abedzadeh was sacked from the team on Tuesday, the club reported.

Persepolis traveled to Dubai on Tuesday to hold a training camp in the UAE, however Abedzadeh as well as Persepolis supervisor Mahmoud Khordbin were missing from the group.

Newly-appointed Persepolis football coach Ali Daei has yet to announce who will fill the vacant positions.
 
Abedzadeh (nicknamed: “The Eagle of Asia”) played for Persepolis from 1994 to 2000. The keeper made 79 caps for Iran national football team.
