TEHRAN, May 12 (MNA) – Iranian pilgrims are really concerned about the poor sanitation and volatile security condition in Iraq, a report released by the Office of the Supreme Leader said on Tuesday.

The poor sanitation in the Iraqi cities and the problems pilgrims face while entering Iraq have caused serious concerns among pilgrims.

A tense military atmosphere, high stress, and misbehavior towards Iranians in Iraq have added to these concerns.

An upsurge in terror attacks over the recent weeks has also been a damaging factor in this regard.

The Iranian Haj and Pilgrimage Organization has repeatedly urged Iranians to refrain from visiting Iraq individually.
