Mottaki urges Saudi to resolve Iranian pilgrims’ problems

TEHRAN, May 6 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki and the Saudi Arabian ambassador to Tehran reviewed on Wednesday the current difficulties facing the Iranian pilgrims visiting Mecca and Medina.

Mottaki called on Saudi Arabia to resolve the pilgrims’ problems and improve facilities for them.

 

The officials also discussed the security situations in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

 

Mottaki stressed the need to adopt a suitable approach in dealing with regional issues, in particular Afghan and Pakistani crises.
