Iran ready to invest in Bosnia’s infrastructure projects

TEHRAN, May 6 (MNA) – Foreign Minster Manouchehr Mottaki suggested here on Tuesday that Iran is ready to invest in Bosnian infrastructure projects as well as its commercial sectors.

In a meeting with visiting Bosnian House of Representatives Speaker Beriz Belkic, Mottaki said that Tehran is willing to boost ties with Bosnia in cultural and educational spheres too.

 

He went on to say that Iran welcomes unity among Bosnian groups and supports the development of their country.

 

Belkic, for his part, called for developing relationship in cultural, scientific and sport areas.

 

He added that the Bosnian Parliament supports strong relationship between the two countries.

 

 Iran, Bosnia should not waver in their relationship

 

In a separate meeting with Belkic on Tuesday, Soleiman Jafarzadeh, the head of Iran-Bosnia parliamentary friendship group, said that Tehran and Sarajevo should not waver in their relationship.

 

Jafarzadeh added parliaments can play an important role in increasing ties between the two countries.

 

Belkic also praised the current ties and said the two countries must utilize their potentials to further expand ties.
