Actor Kianian releases another book

TEHRAN, May 2 (MNA) -- Another book written by celebrated Iranian actor Reza Kianian has recently been released in Iranian bookstores.

“These Nice People” feature Kianian’s diaries on his routine visits with ordinary people.

“Reputation steals privacy. You are scrutinized everywhere. Everywhere, they are with you. You are in the spotlights,” Kianian says in the introduction of the book.

“You have your own privacy only at home if the calls from your fans permit! You must close the curtains at home; there are also many fans in neighborhood. I want privacy like everybody else. I also need solitude,” he laments.

However he says, “In many hearts, I have a home. I will never be homeless. I will never be living a rough life with these many hearts, this much blood, these many heartbeats. These many loves, this much loneliness and these many people. These nice people.”

Kianian says that no matter if the stories have not been chronicled, “The topics are more important.”

Some examples of these stories previously have been published in Iranian periodicals including “Film”.

He is also author of “Nasser and Fardin,” “Acting in the Frame” and “Acting Jugglery”.
