TEHRAN, July 22 (FNA) – Parliament will review the Geneva talks with Supreme National Security Council Secretary (SNSC) Saeed Jalili on Sunday, Hamidreza Haji-Babaii of the Parliament presiding board stated here on Tuesday.

“Supreme National Security Council Secretary Saeed Jalil will give a report on the Geneva talks and the latest nuclear developments of the country in parliament’s closed-session on Sunday,” Haji-Babaii said.


“The representatives will ask their questions on the nuclear issue and Mr. Jalili will respond them,” Haji-Babaii noted.


Jalili and EU chief diplomat Javier Solana held nuclear talks in Geneva on Saturday, July 19. Representatives from five permanent UN Security Council members and Germany were also present in the talks.    


A senior U.S. diplomat, William Burns, participated in the nuclear talks for the first time since the nuclear row began between Iran and the West.
